This document sets out the terms and conditions under which you may use the website. https://safauri-retreats.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) and the rules applicable to the purchase of predefined holiday packages or the organization of private holiday packages offered by Safauri LTD.
By completing a booking form, requesting a personalized offer, or making a payment, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.
1. Information About the Organizer
Website and brand Safauri Retreats are administered by:

2. Types of Services Offered
Safauri LTD operates in two main ways:
- Predefined Vacation Packages/Retreats (Group): Fixed itineraries, scheduled on specific dates, addressed to an open group of participants (within the limit of available places).
- Tailor-made Private Packages: Holidays created exclusively on request for private groups (families, teams, groups of friends), where logistics, destination and activities are tailored to the client’s specific requirements.
3. Booking and Contracting Process
- For Group Packages: The reservation becomes firm only when your request is approved in writing by Safauri LTD and the payment of the established advance payment is confirmed.
- For Private Packages: Contracting begins by submitting a request for quotation. Safauri LTD will create an itinerary and an estimated quote. The reservation of services (accommodation, transportation, experiences) will be made only after signing the final offer and paying the reservation deposit. Private package prices may change until the advance payment is received, depending on the availability of third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, local guides).
4. Payment Terms
- Trading currency: All prices and quotes are expressed in EUR, unless otherwise specified.
- Payment schedule:
- Advance / Deposit: Upon confirmation of the package (group or private), an advance payment of[ex: 30% – 50%]of the total amount. This advance is used to firmly lock in locations and services.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full with at least[ex: 30 sau 45]days before the departure date.
- For reservations made with less than[30]days before departure, the full amount (100%) will be paid at the time of booking.
5. Change and Cancellation Policy
Due to the premium booking regime and firm contracts with local suppliers (exclusive villas, yachts, private guides), cancellation policies are strict:
A. Cancellation by the Client (Group or Private Packages)
- Advance: The amount paid as an advance is GRANT.
- Cancellation with more than[45]days before departure: Only the advance payment is lost.
- Cancellation between[44 și 15]days before departure: To be noted[75%]of the total value of the package.
- Cancellation with less than[14]days before departure or no-show (No-Show): The penalty is 100% of the total package price.
B. Specific to Private Packages
If a member of a private group decides to cancel their participation, the total price of the private package for the rest of the group can be recalculated (re-sharing fixed costs such as private transportation, full rental of a villa or private guide).
C. Changes made to the package by the Organizer
Safauri LTD reserves the right to modify minor elements of the itinerary (e.g. changing the order of activities, replacing a restaurant or local guide with one of similar level) for logistical or safety reasons (weather, availability). In case of major changes (changing the hotel to a lower category, changing the travel dates), the client will be notified immediately and will have the right to accept the change or request a refund of the amounts paid.
6. Cancellation and Travel Insurance (Client’s Obligation)
- Holiday packages organized by Safauri LTD do not include medical insurance or trip cancellation insurance (Storno).
- It is a strongly recommended condition for participation that all clients (both from open and private groups) conclude a full travel insurance with cancellation clause included. This protects your financial investment in case you have to cancel your trip due to medical, family reasons or other emergencies covered by the policy.
7. Responsibilities and Limitation of Liability
- Travel documents: Clients are solely responsible for having valid travel documents (passport, identity card, visas where applicable) and for complying with the entry requirements of the destination country. Safauri LTD assumes no liability if a client is denied boarding or access at the border.
- Flights and external transportation: If the purchased package does not expressly include international airfare, Safauri LTD is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations or schedule changes that may affect your arrival at your destination.
- Force Majeure: Safauri LTD cannot be held liable for non-performance or defective performance of services in cases of force majeure (natural disasters, wars, strikes, pandemics, government travel restrictions).
8. Privacy and Copyright
- Private Holidays: In the case of private packages, Safauri LTD guarantees total discretion regarding the identity of the clients, the exact destination and the logistical details of the trip, these not being made public without the express consent of the group.
- The content of the texts, the structure of the personalized itineraries created by Safauri LTD represent intellectual property and cannot be transmitted to other agencies or organizers for the purpose of replication.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with Cyprus legislation. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these services, which cannot be settled amicably, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Paphos, Cyprus.
